The mission of an Accredited Home Stager® is to make your home inviting —from the edge of the curb to the top of the chimney—to as many potential buyers as possible. To repeat an old adage, “You can’t sell them the house if you can’t get them out of the car.”

Next, we ask, “What do buyers see when they first enter the home?” Experience tells us they either fall in love with the home or start searching for reasons to say “no” as soon as they cross the threshold. A great first impression can mean the difference between a quick, profitable sale and a home languishing on the market.

Stagers® study the highly-saleable features of each home and work to highlight these. We start with the exterior spaces, then move through every room and interior space (closets, counters, hallways, etc.). We also observe how each element in the room affects the others and determine if something is right for the room or not. We make suggestions to increase “eye appeal” and enhance the best features of each room, each home and each lot.
