Showcase Staging An Accredited Staging Professional™ (ASP) does a complete property evaluation, room by room, inside and out. Using a proven set of guidelines, your house is reviewed for compliance with professional standards. The ASP then prepares a report detailing recommended changes needed to maximize the presentation of the home.

Stage Hands Working from the ASP report, Beautiful HomeMakers will provide a staging team to complete the work you can’t. This usually includes de-cluttering and organizing, editing and arranging furniture. When appropriate, we recommend professional movers, cleaners, decorators and tradespeople.

The Bare Stage In order to showcase a vacant home, our ASP will install vignettes in key rooms. Like the sets for a live play, vignettes in a vacant house suggest occupancy to your audience, the buyer. These typically include foyer, kitchen, master bedroom and child’s bedroom.

Move-in Stage (Great for Developers!) Many clients take their Stagers® with them to their new house. On moving day, we will help unpack and set-up the kitchen, bathroom cabinets, closets, etc… Our ASP will arrange furniture and accessories, and basically organize the entire house. This service is especially helpful for working families.

Stage to Live Some clients are so happy with staging results that they don’t want to move when the staging is done. That’s OK with us. We may not have camera crews following us around, but we can help people organize, de-clutter and rejuvenate their current homes. First we do a consultation, then, we come to help. We’ll even provide personalized work shirts!

Down Stage If you are looking at down-sizing to your next home, it can be very helpful to work with an ASP™ before you move. Not only can we provide additional help on move-in day, but we can also help you plan what to take and what to sell or give away. Sometimes, the opinion of a detached professional makes the emotion-laden decisions easier to make.
